FlowVDS is the hosting brand of FLOW DIGITAL – FZCO, a free zone company registered in Dubai and operating from Dubai Digital Park in Dubai Silicon Oasis. We sell one thing: virtual servers, in 40 countries, at a price that does not change depending on which flag you pick.
What we do
A narrow product, run properly.
There is no shortage of companies selling forty different services badly. We would rather sell virtual servers well and say no to everything else.
That means no managed Kubernetes we cannot staff, no object storage bolted on to look complete, and no marketplace of things we do not use ourselves. What we do run, we run on our own hypervisors in carrier-neutral facilities, with our own images and our own support rota.
The catalogue is six plans deep and forty countries wide because that combination covers most of what people actually need. When it does not cover yours, we would rather tell you than sell you the nearest thing.

Billing and jurisdiction
Invoices are issued in US dollars by FLOW DIGITAL – FZCO from the United Arab Emirates. Contracts are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal law of the UAE.
Why Dubai
It is a reasonable question, and the answer is not tax.
A working day that overlaps everyone
From Dubai, business hours reach Singapore and Tokyo in the morning and London and São Paulo in the afternoon. Very few places let one shift cover that much of the world, and it shows in how fast tickets get answered.
A genuine interconnection hub
The Gulf is where subsea capacity between Europe, Africa and south Asia converges. Being here makes it practical to run capacity across the Middle East, the Levant and the Indian Ocean rim rather than treating them as afterthoughts.
A stable place to sign a contract
Free zone company law in Dubai is predictable, enforcement is competent and banking works. For a business whose customers hand over money before receiving a service, that matters more than a headline tax rate.

One price, everywhere
A Medium server costs the same in Lima as it does in London. Bandwidth genuinely costs us more in some countries than others; we average it rather than making the pricing page a puzzle.
No renewal surprises
The price you sign up at is the price you renew at. We do not run a promotional rate that doubles in year two, and we do not bury a setup fee in the checkout.
Say what broke
We tell you about an incident while we are still working on it, not once we have a tidy story. Post-mortems for anything significant say what actually happened, including the parts that are our fault.
Leaving is easy
Cancel from the panel. No phone call, no retention offer, no exit fee, and your data stays available for the notice period so you can take it with you.
