Memory and CPU can be reduced at any time. Disk cannot be shrunk safely on a live filesystem, so a downgrade that reduces storage is done by building a smaller server and migrating to it. We will help with the copy.

Yes, a /64 is available on request in every location where the upstream facility routes IPv6 to us. Coverage is not universal — ask before you order if IPv6 is a hard requirement in a specific country.

Q: What happens if I outgrow the plan I picked?

Upgrade from the panel. The server shuts down, the new CPU, memory and disk allocation is applied, and it boots again — usually under three minutes in total, and the IP address does not change. The remaining balance on the old plan is credited against the new one.

Q: Is there a discount for buying several servers?

From five servers on one account we quote directly rather than at list price. Send the sizes and the countries to sales@flowvds.com and you will get a figure the same working day.

Q: What is the refund policy?

Any first server can be cancelled within 48 hours for a full refund, no explanation required. After that, cancellations stop the next renewal rather than refunding the current term. Annual terms are refunded pro rata if we are the ones who fail to deliver.

Ten Linux distributions, four Windows releases, six panels.

Images are rebuilt monthly against upstream security repositories, so a fresh server is not three hundred packages behind on day one. You can also mount a custom ISO through the console and install whatever you like.

Windows is included from the Start plan. The Datacenter SPLA licence is part of the server price. The Lite plan is Linux and BSD only — 1 GB of memory is not enough for a usable Windows Server desktop, so we do not offer it there.

Pricing questions

Are the vCPU cores shared with other customers?

Cores are allocated from a shared pool with a guaranteed floor, which is standard for this class of product. We do not sell more cores on a hypervisor than the CPU can serve under sustained load, and steal time is monitored per host. If you need genuinely exclusive silicon, ask us about dedicated hardware instead.
